What is REMEMBERING?

It’s a 4 week long transformative group coaching/training/workshop experience + community {backed by science} to take you on a journey to ignite your confidence + magnetism, so you can begin to experience + embody the life you came here to live.

Tools, workbooks + energetic shifts. You will be guided through a variety of tools to assist you in “remembering” who you are, what you came here to experience, and how incredible you already are.

Visualizations, breathwork + activations. Additionally, you will be given a variety of prompts, visualizations, + activities you can use anytime to shift your energy, make aligned decisions, and take inspired action.

By the end of our time together {in this round} you will have created your own “Remembering Vision Album” filled with evidence + wisdom from your past, present and future self, to help you attract more goodness to your life.

Through her experiences through a decade of domestic violence and sexual assault, various other traumas, to then professionally working with survivors for another 15+ years, she knew there was more for her to do. She then received an Elite Life Coach Certification and then began to transform lives around the globe through coaching, training, speaking and writing.

Karla’s learned to turn obstacles into opportunities and loves to share her ‘she-shed’ of tools with others. Karla has experienced a lot of loss and pain, yet she often shares, "I didn't go through all of that, just to go through it.
