Healthy lunch and snacks prepared and available, just remember to be mindful of the yoga and breathwork sessions

Be ready to learn and absorb information and make new connections!
Keep Zoom video ON!
Take breaks and move around as needed.
Prepare your space so that it is clean, welcoming and have enough room to move around.
HYDRATE! Drink tons of water and limit consciousness altering substances if possible.
Stay open minded + have FUN!
Take notes, but not word for word.
This experience will be whatever you make it to be!
Eliminate distractions, put phone on do not disturb, and ask that others let you have this time just for you!
It is advised to eat lightly or not at all prior to all yoga sessions, and especially the revelation breathwork session.
