Karla is the CEO and Founder of Venture Life, LLC, a coaching, mentorship, and leadership company, and the CEO of Cardinal Point, Canadian County’s Family Justice Center. A survivor of a decade of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumas, she has spent over 27 years blending lived experience with professional leadership in trauma, emotional health, productivity, and survivor advocacy.
As a Certified Elite Life Coach, transformational keynote speaker, author, Revelation Breathwork Facilitator, FLOWN Facilitator, and Founder of EmpowerCon, an international virtual retreat experience, Karla guides individuals and teams through life’s transitions and traumas, equipping them with practical tools to thrive emotionally, personally, and professionally. Her mission is to Elevate, Empower, Energize, Educate + Equip others to overcome whatever life brings so they can wake up excited for a life filled with more peace, satisfaction, and success.
Karla is frequently called upon to share her expertise, and has been recognized in Oklahoma as a "Woman Making a Difference", an "Achiever Under 40" and named one of the "21 Leaders for the 21st Century".
